Guests need to visit the Palace Vacation planners desk (Elite Tours) to book their tours and redeem discounts for spa and golf reservations. Each room will be issued one (1) passport. The passport is valid for all guests in the room.
The 25th Anniversary Palace Passport promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, products or merchandise. 25% discounts for golf and spa offered in the Anniversary Passport cannot be combined with the following promotions: $200 - Summer Golf/Spa promotion, $300 - Fall Golf/Spa promotion and the Romance package. It will not be extended to travelers on: Famtrips, Travel Agent, employee rates, Complimentary or Compensatory stays. Passport promotion is available to the US, Canada, Mexico & Europe markets. Certain restrictions apply to groups.
